How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Improvementsbelieves Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Improvementsbelieves Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know the limits, though: Improvementsbelieves Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@improvementsbelieves.property and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A plain account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which can include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
